Three New Board Members at Head Energy Group

The General Meeting of Head Energy Group has elected Christine Flataker Johannessen, Jon Haugervåg and Øystein Bøe as new board members. They bring experience in leadership, financial management and control, business development, tender processes, corporate governance and transactions to Head Energy.

Christine Flataker Johannessen is Managing Director of Frydenbø Eiendom AS and was previously Managing Director of Tide Buss AS. She has extensive board experience, including with Nye Veier AS, Saga Tenix AS, Coop Hordaland SA, Norled AS and Spordrift AS. Christine holds a Master of Laws from the University of Bergen.

Jon Haugervåg is a partner at Dewiz Consulting AS and until recently was a partner and chair of the board at PwC – PricewaterhouseCoopers AS. He is currently chair of the boards of Grieg Maturitas AS, Grieg Kapital AS and BOB BBL, and a board member of Åstveit Holding AS. Jon holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics and has completed the higher auditor programme at NHH.

Øystein Bøe is a former business developer at Head Energy AS and Head Energy Consulting AS. He played a key role in building and developing Head Energy Gruppen’s operations in the Stavanger region and in establishing Head Energy’s consulting engineering business focused on the building and infrastructure sectors. Øystein is also involved in property development.

We thank Flemming Enevoldsen for his outstanding contribution over 10 years as chair and board member of Head Energy Gruppen, both at the Norwegian parent company and across Head Energy’s Danish operations. Flemming has left a lasting mark on Head Energy Gruppen, and we are deeply grateful for his contribution.

In memory of Ingveig Tveranger

Head Energy also wishes to remember Ingveig Tveranger, who passed away earlier in 2026. Ingveig served on the Head Energy board from 2024 until she became ill. For several years, she worked as a consultant for Head Energy, most often on assignment with major clients in the energy sector.
