Head Energy Multicontrol and Kongsberg Maritime enters strategic cooperation

Head Energy Multicontrol AS and Kongsberg Maritime AS has signed a formal strategic cooperation agreement, covering Subsea Monitoring Communication & Data Gathering Systems, Drilling Riser – Wellhead & Data Analyses and Project Management.

The agreement has a duration of three years and strengthens both parties’ efforts in several areas.

Kongsberg Maritime AS {“KM”) Is a technology company in the upstream offshore oil and gas market. KM delivers systems for dynamic positioning and navigation, automation, safety management, subsea survey, engineering and construction. KM’s focus within the wellhead fatigue monitoring segment is on overall system analysis, monitoring solutions and technologies for drilling riser and wellhead systems. KM is currently operating mainly through the drilling operator and field operator market but is working to strengthen its product supply capability closer to the wellhead.
