Head Energy Denmark consists of an administration and 3 subsidiaries; Head Energy Denmark Consulting, based in Esbjerg (DK) and Paris (FR), Head Energy DanGrid based in Odense and Copenhagen (DK), and Head Energy Germany.
Our highly competent and experienced in-house team have more than 60 employees and consultants dedicated to offshore wind.
Head Energy Denmark delivers highly qualified personnel and services towards major clients within the offshore wind industry. We strive to be considered an efficient and reliable partner for clients within the complete offshore wind value chain.
History
I 2012 passerte vi for første gang 100 ansatte og omsatte for over 100MNOK.
I 2015 etablerte vi Head Energy Solve - vårt andre engineeringsselskap med hovedtyngden innen vedlikehold og modifikasjoner.
I 2018 etablerte vi Head Energy Infra mot bygg, anlegg og infrastruktur.
460mNOK i omsetning og gode marginer.
Head Energy blir ISO sertifisert.
I 2020 utvider vi miljøet mot bygg og anlegg med etableringen av avdeling for plan og prosjektering - Head Energy UP.
I 2021 etablerte vi IT-avdeling samt Head Energy Sweden - rettet mot konsulenttjenester.
Oppkjøp av brannrådgivningsselskapet BrannCon i Stavanger.
Oppkjøp av DanGrid i Odense, Danmark - høyspent prosjektering.
Oppkjøp av byggherrerådgiveren Introcon i Bergen.
Etablert Head Energy NorGrid - høyspent engineering.
I 2011 etablerte vi kontor i Stavanger og signerte våre første nasjonale rammeavtaler.
I 2013 kjøpte Head Energy subsea- & teknologiselskapet Multicontrol.
Head Energy gikk da fra å være et rent konsulentselskap til å være et ingeniør- og konsulenthus.
