Head Energy is pleased to announce that Anders Mellingen has joined Head Energy Consulting. Anders will work as Team Manager from our headquarters in Bergen.
Anders Mellingen holds a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Bergen and has previously worked for Human AS and Adecco Select. Anders has previously worked with search and selection, holding required certifications, mainly within civil engineering and IT. Going forward Mr. Mellingen will be recruiting engineers for Head Energy’s Consulting and Engineering departments.
-I have had a few hectic and fun weeks since I joined Head Energy, interviewing candidates and meeting clients right from the start. There are plenty of new terminology and systems to learn, but my new colleagues have made a great effort to make the transition and learning process as smooth as possible, says Anders Mellingen.
When he found out that Anders is both a dedicated football supporter and an avid player, Manager of Head Energy Consulting Bergen, Kjell Idar Lavik, saw an even bigger potential in the new signing:
-Anders found his place here immediately and has already demonstrated that he has the skills and mindset to bring us forward. Hopefully we can provide him with the right framework to succeed, and perhaps he can lift Head Energy’s football team as well, says Kjell Idar Lavik.
