At the General Assembly this May, Flemming Enevoldsen was appointed chairman of the board at Head Energy AS. Enevoldsen brings solid international business experience to Head Energy.
The appointment of Mr. Enevoldsen as new chairman of Head Energy Group accentuates Head Energy’s commitment to its Danish operations, managed by Mr. Anders Frederiksen, and to the global offshore wind industry.
Mr. Enevoldsen has held executive management positions for large and mid-sized companies in various industries, most recently Danish Crown. He has worked with various owner-constellations, including listed companies, private equity owned companies, private companies and cooperatives. He is currently a professional board member and investor, holding a range of board positions, including the Port of Esbjerg (Chairman), the world’s largest port for offshore wind activities.

Starting in the Norwegian Oil & Gas market, it is Head Energy’s ambition is to boost its international Offshore Wind presence and its Onshore Infrastructure efforts. Head Energy has recently won several important contracts in these two industry segments and expects to announce additional contracts in near future.
