Client and Company Representation & Marine Advisory Services

Our Marine specialists can be insourced to serve as client representatives or as part of advisory team at our clients location. Our expertise is specifically within wind offshore segment, but all aspects of marine operations can be covered.

Among the advisory services we provide are:

Port  & load out operations, transit routing, DP operations, Anchor handling, Site specific operation criteria, Position plans, Jacking operations and wind turbine heavy lift installation & service operations.

Audit & Survey

Our marine operations team has broad experience in conducting audits and inspections of all types of vessels and offshore assets.

These audits may take form as on/off-hire condition surveys, project suitability surveys, CMID (IMCA 149/189), OCIMF/OVID inspections, External ISM audit, Safety inspections, or a tailored combination of the above.” We are also able to provide highly experienced Marine Warranty Surveyors

Design and Engineering

The team members of Head Energy have an extensive experience in the offshore installation and commissioning of offshore wind farms, especially within the scope of deck layouts as well as hands-on experience with WTG sea-fastening.

The Head Energy team is able to give recommendations for best practices and provide supporting evidence for design decisions tailored to our clients’ requirements.

We can proactively develop or asses Risk Assessments & Method Statements, HSE Protocols, Site Emergency Plan, Certificates of Equipment & People etc. We may also assist in Incident Reporting Systems & Root Cause Investigations

Training Support

Besides regulatory training requirements within the Offshore Industry Head Energy can provide proactive and highly specialized training in various topics such as On-site safety awareness training, Development of safety campaigns, Crane, banksman and slinger training, Customized simulator training within lifting and crane operations as well as Jacking & manoeuvring simulations for Jack-up vessels.

Head Energy, through its partners can also facilitate and customize courses, which could be based on the GWO regime or tailored e.g. for labour upgrade in emerging markets. Courses and training can be performed on-site or at Head Energy and partners own training centres.

RAMS

Head Energy can assist, review or develop Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) for our clients. Solid RAMS will lead to a safe, lean and smooth execution of work scopes. RAMS forms part of QM systems.

Document Control

Documentation and management of processes is a vital part for a smooth project execution. Head Energy can deliver a complete software system and in-house QM experts to assist our clients’ documentation needs.

Compliance

Within the Offshore Industry our clients will meet a wide range of rules, regulations, guidelines and recommendations. Head Energy will guide our clients through above, and assure that our client’s scope of work or deliveries will comply with relevant regulation.
